My Story
Co-founder - Uncover Math Genius, PhD, Mathematics, Math Professor - University of Delhi, Homeschooling Mother, K-12 Math Educator, Co-creator of MoM Learning Framework and an accomplished Math Author with a revolutionary 3 book series on Calculus - revolutionary because just by reading the 1st chapter of the book anyone even from the non-math background would be able to visualize and understand the basic premise of calculus - one of the supposedly most daunting concept in Mathematics.

With more than a decade of experience in teaching Math to K-12 children and under-grads at University of Delhi, I realized that there are inherent flaws in the teaching of Math at school which makes it totally non-relatable to the real life around us and leads to children losing interest in the subject... A subject, so common-sensical and innate to humans that we can never be weak in mathematics! The only condition is that it has to be taught in the way as it appears in the world around us without any abstraction.
Having this understanding, 4 years back I started teaching Math myself to my daughter Avyana who is now 11 and my 6 years old son Redan. I began creating a Math course for them which could help them see Math as a language, the language of the Universe which is the same everywhere and very simple to learn and understand. And they are performing exceptionally well at Math. My daughter was amongst the top 100 in the international Math olympiad for grade 5 when she was in grade 4. My son can do basic fractions at the age of 6 which are taught in grade 5 at school and can even understand concepts and solve problems based on concepts like Probability, speed, time and distance.
Over this period of facilitating Math for my children, I realized that YOU are the best person who can help your child learn the real Math. I could wait no long to share this learning with everyone out there who has the intention and willingness to help their children. This led me reach out to my mentor, Mr. Sandeep Srivastava, An INSEAD Alumni, a well published author, revolutionary Educator with more than 20 years of experience in redefining educational pedagogy.

My Story
Wedded to the dream of empowering educational institutions, processes and resources to guarantee overall development of every child, without exception and globally, he remains hyper excited about the unprecedented opportunity of living in a world of 7 billion truly educated people!
He is a unique school educational reformist having developed interventions for the entire spectrum of school education issues such as books on education; careers; author of world's first concept-based curricular books of math, science, social sciences; school leadership and teacher trainings; parent workshops; technology.
Educated at the best institution in India and abroad (Jadavpur, IIT D, INSEAD) and having worked with best corporates in India and abroad (IMT G, Olivetti, ModiCorp, Citibank), Sandeep is among the pioneering few in the world and the first Indian to pen a book about Internet before the first dotcom burst, 2000, ('Embracing the Net', Financial Times, UK) and subsequently wrote the world's first book on e-governance (Government@Net, 2001, Sage, India) and coined 'innovation as strategy' in the book 'The bright stuff' (Prentice Hall, USA, 2002).
He leads a rather 'unconventional' life and a highly inspiring communicator. Perhaps the more interesting introduction of her credentials as an educational professional is that she 'liberally educated' her only child - now 17. She vehemently denies any semblance with home schooling or home education, she may actually have given the world a new model of education - liberally educating children 'as if they are gifted' and nurturing all their god-gifted intelligences till the age of 18. Incidentally, Shreya, her daughter secured 5 A* and 2 A (89, 87) in IGCSE's ICE exams 2014 as a private student.
She holds Masters in Nutrition and Food Technology from the leading Avinashlingam University, Coimbatore. She had a stint as a trainee journalist with UNI.

Meet our passionate co-founder who heads the marketing sector, envisioning a future where every child excels in Mathematics. Boasting over 12 years of experience, he has revolutionized pre-primary and primary education through his former venture, Ashlar Kidz. His expertise lies in developing pedagogically robust curricula, using concept visualization, multiple intelligences, whole-brain development, and integrated learning techniques. His contributions include publishing 300+ books and serving more than 1500 schools across India.

As a firm believer in alternative education, he embarked on the adventure with his own children. In January 2018, he helped establish the first alternative education community school, alongside four other families and nine children. His passion extends to understanding how children learn, changing needs of education and working on himself. He is a big fan and follower of John Holt, Daniel Greenberg, Marshall B Rosenberg, J. Krishnamurthy and Osho's work and philosophies.

In addition to his dedication to facilitating learning and spending quality time with his children, he's a seasoned entrepreneur. He currently spearheads Briso Technologies, an innovative company that facilitates flawless, cheating-proof online exams using AI technology.
