Cancellation Policy

Cent Percent Mathematics Initial Consultation Booking Cancellation Policy We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that could force you to postpone or cancel your initial consultation. However, please be aware of our cancellation policy: Booking Confirmation: Upon booking your initial consultation, please ensure that your child will be available at the scheduled time. The purpose of the consultation is to assess the child's current mathematical understanding and learning needs, and their presence is crucial for this process. Cancellation: If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation time. This allows us to allocate the slot to another parent and child who are waiting for an appointment. No Shows: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, it will be considered as a missed appointment. Missed Appointments: Missed appointments, or "no shows," are subject to the full consultation fee. There are no refunds for missed appointments. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled consultation time. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred time, but please note that this will be subject to availability. Late Arrivals: If you arrive late for your appointment, your consultation may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your consultant will determine if there is enough time remaining to start a meaningful session. Regardless of the length of the consultation actually given, you will be responsible for the full session. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this policy.
